Delivery may be rescheduled or the consignment held at the branch/godown. If the material is not collected within the permitted free period, storage or godown charges may apply.

The consignment reached a VRL transshipment point where it is sorted onto the next vehicle. From there it is loaded and dispatched towards the next hub or the destination branch, which appears as a separate checkpoint.
Why is my VRL tracking not updating?
Check the date and location of the latest event, then compare it with the official VRL tracking portal. An unchanged checkpoint does not by itself mean the shipment is lost. If an expected delivery has been missed, ask the booking or destination branch for an update.
What should I do if tracking finds no consignment?
Check that the number belongs to VRL and matches the receipt. Try the official consignment portal for an LR number or the official courier portal for a docket number. If neither finds it, ask the sender or booking branch to confirm the number. A missing result alone does not establish that the shipment is lost.
