Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common queries about Trackon tracking, delays, and deliveries.

How do I track my Trackon package?

Input your 10 to 12 digit Trackon consignment code (e.g. 123456789012) into the search box above. Our live tracker will query the Trackon site and display your timeline.

What does "Delivered to Agent" mean?

This indicates that Trackon has handed the package over to a local delivery agent or connecting carrier for final mile delivery.

What is the "DueDate" in Trackon status?

The DueDate is the estimated delivery date assigned by Trackon at the time of package booking. Treat it as a planning estimate rather than a guarantee — the actual delivery date can shift if the consignment is held at an intermediate hub along the route.

How long is tracking data stored?

Trackon consignment tracking records are kept active on their server for 75 days only. After that window the consignment number will no longer return a timeline, so save or screenshot the delivery details and POD while the record is still available.

What does a Trackon tracking number look like?

Trackon tracking numbers — also called AWB or consignment numbers — are purely numeric and 10 to 12 digits long, for example 123456789012. Each is a unique code assigned to the package at booking.

How long does Trackon take to deliver?

The premium Prime Track service is time-bound and ensures next-business-day delivery in major metros and cities. Standard Express moves regular parcels and documents by surface and air routes, so transit time depends on the route.

What does "Processing Bag / Arrived" mean?

It means your parcel has arrived at an intermediate hub, or is being processed inside cargo bags for dispatch to the destination city. It is a normal in-transit scan and the timeline will move on once the bag is despatched.

Why is my Trackon tracking not updating?

Scans can take a few hours to appear as the consignment moves between hubs. If nothing changes for more than 48 hours, contact the seller or the Trackon branch where the parcel was booked, quoting your consignment number.

Can I track Trackon without a tracking number?

No. Track91 needs the consignment number. You can find your consignment ID on the physical booking slip or receipt issued by the branch, in the SMS or dispatch email sent by Trackon, or under the order history page of the store you ordered from.

Is Track91 affiliated with Trackon?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking tool that fetches live status for your Trackon consignments. For pickups, claims, or account issues, use the official Trackon website or your booking branch.
