How do international Quiqup shipments work?
For export orders, Quiqup handles collection in the UAE and hands the parcel to an international partner carrier for the destination country. The partner's tracking number appears in your tracking details once assigned.
My order shows "Collection Failed". What happens next?
The driver could not collect the parcel on that attempt. The order returns to "Ready for Collection" and a new attempt is scheduled, usually for the next working day.
