RapidShyp is an Indian shipping aggregator that lets online sellers book parcels across a panel of courier partners from one dashboard. Your parcel is physically carried by Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, Amazon Shipping, Ekart, Shadowfax or DTDC, while RapidShyp holds the order, the label and the consolidated scan history. Enter the AWB number to see every carrier scan, the items in the order and the expected delivery date in one place.
A booking and reconciliation layer over India's national courier networks, aimed at direct-to-consumer sellers.

Because the seller books through RapidShyp, the record carries the order number, the products and the SKUs alongside the carrier scans.
Undelivered parcels are returned to the seller warehouse under their own return waybill, with the whole journey back recorded on the same record.
Both payment modes are supported, with the collectable amount carried on the shipment for cash-on-delivery orders.
RapidShyp does not mint its own waybill numbers. The AWB on your parcel belongs to the partner carrier that is actually moving it, so the shape of the number tells you who is carrying it.

The promise comes from the partner carrier and the service the seller paid for, not from RapidShyp itself.
2-3 days on express air services between the major cities.
3-5 days, the common choice for heavier parcels moving by road between hubs.
4-6 days where the parcel transhipments through two hubs before the last mile.
RapidShyp files its own status code against each partner scan. Here is what each stage tells you.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Shipment Booked | The seller has generated the label and manifested the parcel. The carrier has the data but not yet the box. |
| Pickup Scheduled | A pickup has been booked with the carrier for the seller's warehouse. |
| Out for Pickup | A rider is on the way to collect the parcel from the seller. |
| Shipment Picked Up | The carrier now holds the parcel. Transit time starts from here, not from the order date. |
| In Transit | The parcel is moving between carrier facilities. Arrivals and departures at each hub appear as separate scans. |
| Reached at Destination | The parcel has arrived at the hub that serves your pincode. Delivery normally follows within a day. |
| Out for Delivery | The parcel is on the delivery round and is expected to reach you the same day. |
| Undelivered | A delivery attempt failed. The reason is recorded against the shipment, and the carrier usually reattempts the next working day. |
| RTO In Transit | Delivery was abandoned and the parcel is travelling back to the seller's warehouse. |
| RTO Delivered | The parcel has been returned to the seller. Any refund is handled by the seller, not by the carrier. |
RapidShyp Support
Answers to the most common queries about RapidShyp tracking, delays, and deliveries.
Enter the AWB number your seller shared into the box above and press track. Track91 pulls the RapidShyp record for that AWB and shows every carrier scan, the products in the order and the expected delivery date, laid out newest first.
RapidShyp does not issue its own number. The AWB belongs to whichever partner carrier it booked your parcel with, so the format follows theirs: 14 digits for Delhivery, 15 for XpressBees, 11 for Blue Dart and 12 for Amazon Shipping.
RapidShyp is a shipping aggregator, so the parcel is carried by a partner. Delhivery, XpressBees, Blue Dart, Amazon Shipping, Ekart, Shadowfax and DTDC are the common ones. Track91 names the carrier on your shipment and links straight to its own tracking page.
Most shipments arrive in two to six days. The exact promise comes from the partner carrier and its service, so a surface booking to a metro moves faster than an express booking to a small town. Track91 shows the carrier expected delivery date when one is published.
RapidShyp relays scans from the partner carrier rather than generating them, so a quiet stretch usually means the carrier has not filed a scan. Long trunk legs between hubs commonly go a day without one. If nothing changes for three working days, contact the seller you ordered from.
It means the parcel has arrived at the delivery hub serving your pincode and is no longer travelling between cities. The next scan is normally Out for Delivery, which usually follows within a day depending on the hub cut-off time.
RTO is Return to Origin. It means delivery could not be completed and the parcel is travelling back to the seller warehouse. Scans on the return leg repeat the same wording as the outbound trip, so Track91 marks them clearly as part of the return journey.
Not on Track91. RapidShyp indexes shipments by AWB, so the number is required. If you only have the order id, ask the seller for the AWB, or use the order id and registered mobile number on RapidShyp own tracking page.
No. Track91 is an independent parcel tracking service. We read the status RapidShyp publishes for your AWB number and present it in a clearer format. For order changes, refunds or complaints, contact your seller or RapidShyp directly.
