ShipClues Tracking

ShipClues is an Indian shipping aggregator built for online sellers and small businesses. It carries nothing itself: every booking is placed with a courier partner — Ekart, Delhivery and others — while ShipClues issues one AWB number, one dashboard and one tracking page that follow the parcel whichever network ends up moving it.

Aggregator Online sellers Multi-carrier Pan-India

What ShipClues Does

Courier Allocation

Each order is booked with the partner whose rates and serviceability suit the destination pin code, rather than being tied to a single network.

Unified Tracking

One ShipClues AWB follows the parcel whichever partner carries it, with that courier's own scans folded into a single timeline.

Discounted Rates

Aggregated volume buys courier rates a small seller could not negotiate alone, priced by weight slab and service.

Scheduled Pickups

Pickups are booked with the partner at the point the label is generated, so the parcel is collected from the seller's own address.

COD Remittance

Cash-on-delivery collections are gathered across partner networks and remitted back to the seller on a fixed cycle.

Returns & RTO

Undelivered parcels are returned to the seller through the same partner, tracked on the same AWB as the forward journey.

ShipClues AWB Number Format

ShipClues issues an AWB of its own rather than passing the partner courier's waybill through, so the same number keeps working no matter which network handles the parcel.

D 12345678901234
  • D — every ShipClues AWB opens with this letter.
  • 14 digits — the shipment serial, e.g. 12345678901234.

That makes the AWB 15 characters in total. Case does not matter when you paste it — Track91 normalises it before searching.

Expected Delivery Times

Route Typical transit
Within the same city 1-2 days
Metro to metro 2-4 days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 destinations 3-6 days
Remote and ODA pin codes 5-8 days, subject to partner serviceability

ShipClues publishes an expected delivery date (EDD) on most shipments, shown above the timeline when available. The actual transit time is set by the partner courier handling the parcel.

Tracking Status Glossary

Manifested

The order has been created and the AWB issued, but the parcel has not been collected yet.

Pickup Scheduled

A collection has been booked with the partner courier from the seller's address.

OFP

Out for pickup — the courier's vehicle is on its way to collect the parcel from the seller.

Picked Up

The partner courier has taken custody and the parcel has entered its network.

In Transit

The parcel is moving between the partner's hubs. Each scan names the facility it reached.

Unknown

ShipClues received a scan from the partner it has no matching status for. The location is still accurate and the parcel is moving normally.

Out for Delivery

The parcel is on the delivery agent's round and should reach you the same day.

RTO

Return to origin — after failed attempts or a refusal, the parcel travels back to the seller under the same AWB.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common queries about ShipClues tracking, delays, and deliveries.

How do I track my ShipClues shipment?

Enter your ShipClues AWB number in the search box above. ShipClues assigns each order to a courier partner such as Ekart or Delhivery, and Track91 shows the full scan history along with the name of the partner actually carrying your parcel.

What is ShipClues?

ShipClues is an Indian shipping aggregator for online sellers and small businesses. Instead of running its own delivery fleet, it books shipments across several courier partners and gives sellers one dashboard, one AWB number and one tracking page covering all of them.

What does a ShipClues AWB number look like?

It is a 15-character code beginning with the letter D followed by 14 digits, for example D12345678901234. You will find it in the shipping confirmation sent by the seller, and on the label pasted on the parcel.

Which courier is actually delivering my ShipClues order?

ShipClues names the partner and the service level on the tracking page, for example Ekart Prime 1kg. Track91 reads that, shows the carrier beside the timeline, and links through to that courier where we support it directly.

What does the status "ofp" mean on ShipClues tracking?

It stands for out for pickup — the courier partner is on the way to collect the parcel from the seller. It is followed by a picked up scan once the parcel is actually in the courier network, usually the same day.

Why does my ShipClues tracking show a status of unknown?

ShipClues writes unknown when the partner courier sends a scan it has no matching status for. The parcel is still moving normally and the location on that scan is accurate; the next update usually carries a proper status again.

Why is my ShipClues tracking not updating?

Scan history comes from the partner courier rather than from ShipClues, so updates can lag by several hours, and long overnight line-haul legs naturally show no movement. If nothing changes for more than 48 hours, contact the seller you ordered from with your AWB number.

How long does a ShipClues delivery take?

Most shipments arrive within 2 to 6 days. Metro-to-metro lanes are quicker, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 destinations take longer. ShipClues also publishes an expected delivery date, which Track91 shows above the timeline when available.

Can I track a ShipClues order without an AWB number?

No. Track91 needs the AWB number to fetch a live status. If you do not have it, check the shipping confirmation message from the seller you ordered from, or ask them for the tracking number from their ShipClues dashboard.

Is Track91 affiliated with ShipClues?

No. Track91 is an independent tracking tool that fetches live status for ShipClues shipments from the partner couriers that move them. For returns, refunds or order changes, contact the seller you ordered from or ShipClues support.
