Cargowale brings courier selection, shipment booking, labels and tracking into one workspace for Indian online sellers. Businesses can compare service options and manage parcels through partner networks instead of maintaining separate shipping workflows for each courier.
The platform supports store connections including Shopify and WooCommerce, alongside air, road and rail shipping options. Cargowale lists its contact address in Peeragarhi, Delhi. Its public tracking feed provides shipment scans and remarks as they become available.
Explore Cargowale's official shipping platformCompare courier options by pincode, price and service. Cargowale combines label printing, pickup booking and parcel tracking, helping a seller follow orders through dispatch and delivery.
Cargowale presents air shipping for urgent orders, road transport for everyday parcels and rail options for heavier long-distance cargo. The suitable option depends on weight, distance and urgency.
For cash-on-delivery orders, the courier collects payment at delivery using the methods available for that shipment. Cargowale's seller dashboard separates pending COD amounts from funds already returned. Settlement follows the seller's plan, so a delivered parcel and a settled payment should be checked separately.
Cargowale offers tools to help sellers follow up on unsuccessful COD deliveries. Checking pincode availability and responding to delivery problems can help avoid unnecessary returns. If a scan reports an exception, the seller should review the address and contact details before arranging the next step.
Read Cargowale's COD shipping guidance for collection and settlement details.
Use the tracking reference on your dispatch message or parcel label. Cargowale accepts different partner formats rather than one fixed number length: a generic numeric example is 123456789. References may also contain letters, hyphens or underscores. Keep the complete value, including leading zeros. An order ID identifies your purchase and may not be the AWB used by the courier.
Check the estimated or promised date for the individual shipment when one is available. Timing varies with the selected service, route and pickup progress; there is no single delivery window for every Cargowale shipment. A manifest records shipping information, while a later pickup scan confirms collection. Missing estimates are left blank rather than replaced with a guessed arrival date.
The status is a broad stage, while remarks explain what happened at that particular update. A manifested shipment can also say that it was not ready for pickup. That combination should be treated as a collection issue, not as proof that the parcel is already travelling. Facility names identify scan points and do not necessarily identify the destination address.
For delivery issues, keep your tracking number handy and contact Cargowale directly. For order-related questions, contact the seller or marketplace you purchased from first.

Answers to the most common queries about Cargowale tracking, delays, and deliveries.
Enter the AWB number from your shipping label or dispatch message on this page and select Track. Track91 retrieves available Cargowale scans, including the latest status, scan location and remarks. You do not need to create an account.
Cargowale works with multiple courier partners, so AWB formats can differ. A numeric example is 123456789, while some references include letters, hyphens or underscores. Copy the complete AWB from the shipping label; a merchant order number may be different.
Delivery depends on the selected partner, service, pickup date and destination pincode. Use the estimate supplied for your shipment when available. A booking or manifest scan does not confirm physical collection, so the transit journey may not have started yet.
Tracking changes when Cargowale receives another update from the shipping network. A parcel may be waiting for pickup or travelling between scan points. Check the latest remarks and contact the seller if the expected pickup or delivery window has passed.
This remark means the shipment was not ready for collection at that update. It does not confirm that the courier has received the parcel. Ask the seller to check packing and pickup arrangements, then look for a later collection scan.
An AWB or supported tracking reference is required for a public lookup. Check your dispatch email, SMS, order page or shipping label. If you cannot find it, ask the seller for the courier tracking number associated with your order.
Review the latest scan and any pickup or delivery exception first. Share the AWB and the relevant dates with the seller or Cargowale support. Address corrections, another delivery attempt and return requests must be arranged with the shipment operator.
No. Track91 is an independent tracking service and is not affiliated with Cargowale. It displays available shipment updates but does not transport parcels, book pickups, collect cash on delivery or control delivery schedules. Contact Cargowale or your seller for shipment changes.
Delivery and COD settlement are different stages. Cargowale says collected COD funds are returned according to the seller's plan, with pending and paid amounts shown in its dashboard. A public delivery scan alone does not confirm settlement to the merchant.
