Use the tracking reference on your dispatch message or parcel label. Cargowale accepts different partner formats rather than one fixed number length: a generic numeric example is 123456789. References may also contain letters, hyphens or underscores. Keep the complete value, including leading zeros. An order ID identifies your purchase and may not be the AWB used by the courier.

- Delivered
- A delivery completion has been reported. Contact the seller promptly if you cannot locate a parcel marked delivered.
- RTO or return to origin
- The shipment is being sent back toward the sender. A return initiation is different from a completed return delivery.
