How to identify and use your Air Waybill (AWB) or LRN for tracking.

Finding Your Tracking ID

Delhivery tracking numbers are generally purely numeric and do not contain alphabetic characters or special symbols. Depending on the service utilized, your tracking ID will look like this:

  • Express Parcel (AWB) Usually a 12 to 15 digit number. This is provided to you by the merchant via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
    Example: 1234567890123
  • Freight Services (LRN) For B2B shipments, you may be provided a Lorry Receipt Number (LRN). Track91 supports tracking via LRN similarly to standard AWBs.

Track via Mobile Number

If you have lost your AWB number, Delhivery offers a feature on their official app and portal allowing users to log in with their registered mobile number. Once verified via OTP, you can view all active inbound and outbound shipments linked to your phone number.

How do I track my Delhivery parcel?

What does a Delhivery tracking number look like?

How long does Delhivery take to deliver?

Same-city shipments usually arrive the same or next day, metro-to-metro air shipments in 1-2 days, surface shipments in 2-4 days, and remote pin codes in 5-8 days. Delhivery covers 18,800+ pin codes across India.

Why is my tracking stuck on "Manifested"?

"Manifested" or "Data Received" means the seller has created the shipping label and booked the shipment, but the physical package has not been handed over to Delhivery yet. It usually updates within 24-48 hours.

Why is my Delhivery tracking not updating?

Scans can take a few hours to appear between hubs, especially for surface shipments. If nothing changes for more than 48 hours, contact the seller or raise a support ticket on the Delhivery website with your AWB number.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are unavailable, Delhivery typically makes up to 3 delivery attempts on consecutive working days. You will receive an SMS with a link to reschedule your delivery via their portal.

Can I track without a tracking number?

Track91 requires an AWB number. However, you can download the official Delhivery app or visit their website to log in using your registered mobile number and OTP to see all shipments linked to your phone.

How do I contact Delhivery customer care?

You can raise a support ticket directly via the Delhivery website's Help/Support section using your tracking number. They also provide support via their official app.

Does Delhivery deliver on Sundays?

Standard Delhivery shipments are generally delivered from Monday to Saturday. However, for certain premium e-commerce partners in major metro cities, Sunday deliveries may occur.

How can I reschedule my delivery?

You will receive an SMS from Delhivery on the day of delivery with a link to track the agent. That link also contains an option to reschedule delivery for a later date.

Can I track the delivery agent's location?

Yes, once the status is "Out for Delivery", Delhivery sends an SMS with a live-tracking link. You can view the agent's real-time location and expected ETA.

What does "Consignee Not Available" mean?

This status is updated when the delivery agent attempted to deliver the package, but no one was at the address to receive it, or the registered phone number was unreachable.

What happens to RTO shipments?

RTO means Return to Origin. If a package is rejected by the customer or delivery fails 3 times, it is safely transported back to the seller's warehouse.

How do I return a product via Delhivery?

Returns must be initiated through the merchant or e-commerce platform where you bought the item. Delhivery will then be assigned to perform a reverse pickup from your address.

Can I pay via UPI on delivery?

Yes! For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, Delhivery agents carry QR codes. You can pay digitally via PhonePe, Google Pay, or any other UPI app upon delivery.

How do I file a damage claim?

If your parcel arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery. If already accepted, take photos immediately and contact the merchant or Delhivery support within 24 hours.

What is a Surface shipment?

Surface shipments travel entirely by road or train rather than air. This is slower (3-7 days) but highly economical for bulky items or goods restricted from air travel.
